Volunteer Sign-Up

We are excited to invite you to be part of our upcoming event! Volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and memorable experience for everyone who attends.

Whether you can offer a few hours or the entire day, your support makes a difference. Opportunities are available in several areas, including set-up, guest assistance, activities, and clean-up.

📌 Important for Student Volunteers:

• If you are volunteering to earn school service hours, it is your responsibility to have Cristina sign your volunteer form on the day of the event.

• To receive full credit for your hours, you are expected to remain for the entire time you signed up for.

• If you are unsure of what to do during your shift, it is your responsibility to connect with your lead for direction.

Volunteer Expectations:As a volunteer, you are representing Windows of Time Events. We ask that you hold yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

Code of Conduct (Applies to Volunteers & Gig Workers)

As a representative of Windows of Time Events, you are expected to:

• Conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times.

• Avoid discussions related to politics, religion, or sexual topics while volunteering or working.

• Follow instructions from your team lead or supervisor. If unsure of your role, ask for clarification.

• Remain for the full duration of your assigned or signed-up time unless otherwise released.

• Maintain appropriate language and behavior; no profanity, harassment, or disruptive conduct will be tolerated.

• Refrain from the use of alcohol, drugs, or substances while representing Windows of Time Events.

• Dress appropriately for your assigned role and be mindful that you are the face of the event.

Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the event and/or loss of hours or compensation.
