I understand after filling this application out, that spots are not reserved without payment. If your category is filled and you become wait-listed for a festival you will get a refund of your money paid for that festival within 1-2 business days.

Windows of Time Events or Property Owner is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the event. Also, vendors are responsible for any damages they may cause to the property during the event.

All vendors will act in a professional, courteous manner and will respect the premises and people will be working with throughout the day. Any violators will be asked to leave and not return.

All vendor fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. We will never knowingly put you in harms way and we will cancel if it is absolutely necessary, however, we cannot control the weather and do not refund due to weather.

WOT is not responsible for vendors double booking our events. There are no refunds and no transfers to be given if this occurs, so be careful of your own schedules. Windows of Time does not have a "change-your-mind policy. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

We promote, market and reserve your spot with the assurance that you will be attending. Furthermore, any future events that you have booked and paid for will be forfit and canceled with no refund.
