Gig Opportunities – Independent Contractor Roles

We are seeking individuals to provide short-term assistance with event operations under a gig-based arrangement. These roles are classified as independent contractor positions and are not considered employment.

Scope of Work May Include:

Event set-up and breakdown
Assisting with vendor coordination
Supporting logistical needs (moving supplies, equipment, etc.)
Providing general event support as assigned

Terms & Conditions:

All gig workers are engaged as independent contractors and are not employees of Windows of Time Events.
Gig workers are representatives of Windows of Time Events while operating and are expected to act in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
Gig workers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and liability.
Compensation is provided as a flat rate or hourly rate (details confirmed prior to the event).
Payment will be issued after completion of agreed-upon services.
No benefits, including health insurance, retirement, or paid time off, are provided.
Contractors are expected to arrive on time, fulfill assigned duties, and uphold the standards of Windows of Time Events.

Conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times.
Avoid discussions related to politics, religion, or sexual topics while volunteering or working.
Follow instructions from your team lead or supervisor. If unsure of your role, ask for clarification.
Remain for the full duration of your assigned or signed-up time unless otherwise released.
Maintain appropriate language and behavior; no profanity, harassment, or disruptive conduct will be tolerated.
Refrain from the use of alcohol, drugs, or substances while representing Windows of Time Events.
Dress appropriately for your assigned role and be mindful that you are the face of the event.

Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the event and/or loss of hours or compensation.
