We will have food samples to pass out.

We would like to perform a song or dance. Please email submission to windowsoftimeevents@gmail.com by June 1, 2026 for approval.

We would like to participate in the fashion show. Please email a picture of the outfit(s) you would like to use to windowsoftimeevents@gmail.com.

We are willing to donate an item/items for the Silent Auction. All items must be received by September 1, 2026.

Windows of Time Events or Property Owner is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the event. Also, vendors are responsible for any damages they may cause to the property during the event. *

Windows of Time Events is not responsible for any injury liability that is not the direct result of Windows of Time Events. *

All vendors will act in a professional, courteous manner and will respect the premises and people will be working with throughout the day. Any violators will be asked to leave and not return. *

All vendor fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. We will never knowingly put you in harms way and we will cancel if it is absolutely necessary, however, we cannot control the weather and do not refund due to weather. *

WOT is not responsible for vendors double booking our events. There are no refunds and no transfers to be given if this occurs, so be careful of your own schedules. Windows of Time does not have a "change-your-mind policy. Vendor fees are non-refundable.*

*** Vendors that do not show up for their booked market without notice will not be invited back to any future Windows of Time Events markets. We promote, market and reserve your spot with the assurance that you will be attending. Furthermore, any future events that you have booked and paid for will be forfit and canceled with no refund. Showing up is a courtesy to the market hosts, your fellow vendors and the market customers. ***
